STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN PASCA GEMPA BUMI KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstract


This study aims, first, determine the priorities of agricultural development plans as a basis for regional development in the future. Secondly, to obtain a comprehensive and integrated delineation in the development of agriculture as the basis for determining policies, programs, activities, and monitor the development of Bantul. Data in this study using data period 2001 until 2005. These data then were analyzed using location quotient method (LQ). The results showed variation in most districts, with priority on the agricultural base, whereas in the other districts on the basis of non-agricultural. The results of this study is shown by the distribution of RI values greater than one, which is found in most districts. This means that almost all districts of Bantul Regency has met the needs of their territory from the agricultural sector.
