Abstract

Gastritis is frequently digestion problem found  in society. Gastric damage induced with some factors for example alcoholic people. Alcoholic people found in Indonesian people. The research of gastric damage in the rat models is mostly conducted by ethanol induction. Gastric damage induced ethanol by understandable mechanism. This research aim to analyzes the gastric damage level on rat models induced ethanol. Rat (Rattus norvegicus) Spraque Dawley strain divided into 4 group: aquades control (KA), treatment groups: first day of terminated ethanol (EH1), third day of terminated ethanol (EH3), fifth day of terminated ethanol (EH5). All groups were being per oral induction, conducted in accordance with 100% ethanol of 1ml/200 gr body weight. The data level of the gastric damage can finding on macroscopic and microscopic observation. Ulcus seen in first day induces ethanol group. The gastric damage level of etanol group was most highly in first day after induction. It was concluded that the gastric damage level of etanol was most high in first day of mucosa damage and turn on after it for mucosa healing process.
