PLANTA TROPIKA was first published on February 2005.
PLANTA TROPIKA only published two times for the First Volume in 2005. After that, the journal was in hiatus from 2006 until 2013. The journal has started to publish the second volume in 2014.
PLANTA TROPIKA was published online by using Open Journal Systems since Volume 5 No. 1, 2017 after getting e-ISSN on 08/06/2017 by ISSN National Centre for Indonesia.
PLANTA TROPIKA has been indexed in DOAJ and Google Scholar since 2017.
The journal has been nationally accredited and it gained the grade of SINTA-2 from the Indonesian Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education, Decree No.105/E/KPT/2022, April 7th, 2012. (Certificate available here)
The journal has started publishing the English full text isince Volume 6, No. 1, 2018.
PLANTA TROPIKA has been indexed by ASEAN Citation Index (ACI) since 2018.
The journal has been included in CABI (Centre for Agriculture and Bioscience International) since 2021.
