Kata-kata kunci: keterlambatan, risiko, upaya, proyek kontruksi, gedung.
Abstract
Construction project delays can be interpreted as increasing the time to complete a project that exceeds the existing contract. This study aims to assess the risk of delays along with the efforts that must be made to prevent delays in the building construction project, as well as interviews with respondents regarding efforts to overcome the risk of delays in the project. This study found that the building project had a low scale risk score of 3.7. In preparatory work with a risk value of 5.78 (medium scale). The lower structure work has a risk value of 3.7 (low scale). In superstructure work with a risk value of 4.04 (low scale). In finishing work with a risk value of 2.78 (low scale). Finally, on electrical work with a risk value of 2.2 (low scale). For the highest possible event, namely rainy weather when casting floor slabs and beams, efforts are made to prevent the risk of project delays, namely doing other work that is not affected by the weather and doing overtime when the weather supports it .
