The rapid development of technology has increased the needs of its users in various field, including in the field of infrastructure development. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a technology that is being intensively developed in the world of infrastructure, because it is claimed to be able to reduce costs and time in the implementation of construction. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing BIM using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results showed that the level of interest of the respondents was 4,50 and the satisfaction level of respondents was 3,85. BIM application variables were divided into 4 parts, namely quadrant I with 39 kinds of indicators. These indicators are considered important or expected by the respondent, so it is considered necessary to increase the priority. Quadrant II consisted of 17 indicators. This quadrant was considered as a supporting factor for the respondent's satisfaction. There were 18 indicators in quadrant IV . This quadrant was a low priority. Quadrant IV consisted of 33 indicators which were deemed not too important but excessive. It can be concluded that the application of BIM on Sigli-Banda Aceh toll road project has been going well, but there are several factors or indicators that caused the implementation of BIM to be constrained, the possibility of this happening is due to the lack of human resources who understand how the BIM application works, so that special training of BIM is important.
