Traffic regulation on roundabouts is very important and needs to be considered in the overall traffic movement on the road network in the city.. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the traffic circle of the Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta. In this study, analytical method used was the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual on the part of the roundabout fabric. The results of the analysis obtained the existing condition obtained the highest DS value in the DA braid section of 0.938 and the delay value of 14,889 det / pcu with the service level C category. In the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Transportation regulation No. 96 of 2015 on Management and traffic engineering, the value not in accordance with the provisions. Then there is an alternative so that it can meet the determined value. Alternative - I is closing the access of closers closers B and C to the A with a DS 0590 and 4204 of the delay sec/smp obtained service level category A. Alternative II that widen the diameter of the roundabouts with DS 0798 and the results of the delay is 14 609 sec/smp obtained service level category B. Based on two alternatives that have been done; it is recommended to use alternative I with a smaller delay value of 4.204
