Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah di Pemerintah Kabupaten Magelang Tahun 2019

Penyerapan anggaran pada tahun 2019 di Pemerintah Kabupaten Magelang kurang optimal menyebabkan percepatan pembagunan infrastruktur maupun suprastruktur menjadi lambat. Perumusan Anggaran Daerah yang tepat membuat pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah menjadi optimal sesuai dengan kebutuhan daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Pemerintah Kabupaten Magelang secara keseluruhan dilaksanakan dengan baik yakni proses pengelolaan keuangan di BPPKAD Kabupaten Magelang mencakup 10 indikator dalam pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah, antara lain: akuntabilitas, value for money, kejujuran dalam mengelola keuangan (probity), transparansi, pengendalian, komprehensif, disiplin, fleksibilitas, terprediksi, dan informasi. Namun dalam proses menentukan rumusan anggaran karena tim peneliti kurang mengkaji mendalam terhadap masalah-masalah yang ada di daerah Kabupaten Magelang, sehingga menyebabkan sisa anggaran kurang terserap dengan optimal. BPPKAD kurang mengoptimalkan sumber-sumber pendapatan daerah dan kesulitan dalam memfasilitasi sarana dan prasarana sumber-sumber pendapatan yang ada di Kabupaten Magelang.
