Abstract

Kemajuan sektor pariwisata tidak terlepas dari adanya kerjasama antara masyarakat dan pemerintah. Jalan terbaik yang dilakukan akan memberikan hasil yang baik jika masyarakat mencari strategi dan memanajemen daripada kolaborasi antara pemerintah. Maka dari itu akan terlihat pengaruh yang besar dari proses pengembangan Goa Kiskendo di Desa Jatimulyo, Kabupaten Kulonprogo. Paper ini membahas tentang Pengaruh dan strategi manajemen kolaborasi masyarakat dan pemerintah pada tahun 2019 pada pengembangan Goa Kiskendo. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data secara mendalam melalui pendekatan kualitatif secara deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat yaitu akan merujuk pada struktur jaringan dan komitmen terhadap tujuan didorong kepercayaan antar pelaku. Akan terlihat dalam tata kelola, sehingga dapat memiliki akses terhadap otoritas. Maka dari itu diperlukan sharing informasi dan pembagian tanggungjawab. Tidak lupa dengan pembagian tanggungjawab dan akses sumber daya yang ada. Sehingga akan terlihat pengaruh besar yang mendorong kolaborasi masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk mengembangkan Wisata Goa Kiskendo, Jatimulyo, Kulonprogo.
