Anestesi pada Operasi Palatoplasty dengan Penyulit Tetralogy of Fallot

Di laporkan penatalaksanaan anestesi pada pasien Labiopalatoschisis dengan penyulit Tetralogy of Fallot yang dilakukan operasi palatoplasti pada seorang anak wanita umur 4 tahun, berat badan 9 kg, dengan anestesi umum, status fisik ASA III. Premedikasi dengan midazolam 0,75 mg, sulfas atropin 0,25 mg, ketalar 5 mg. Induksi dengan ketalar 15 mg, fasilitas intubasi dengan Esmeron 6 mg. Pemeliharaan dengan fentanil 20 mg, halotan 0,5% dan oksigen 5 1/mnt. Durante operasi dilakukan monitoring pada tekanan darah, saturasi 02 nadi dan EKG dengan monitor elektrik. Anestesi dilakukan selama 100 menit, operasi berlangsung selama 60 menit. Durante operasi tidak didapatkan penyulit anestesi maupun pembedahan. Pasca operasi pasien tetap terintubasi dengan sedasi, nafas spontan assist. Perawatan pasca operasi dilakukan di ICU.References
