Pemeriksaan Kecepatan Enap Darah (Ked) pada Posisi Tegak Dibanding Kemiringan 30°

Erytrocyt sedimentation rate (ESR) is one blood test which always to do help diagnosis. There is for to find out different value ESR position straight is compared ESR position 30°. Helply this position will give faster time all at least last than one hour. The amount total of vena blood 62 taking from 62 respondent, at RSUD Wirosaban and clinical pathology laboratory Indonesia of Islamic Univercity . The method of collect to do with result ESR position straight one hour, also position 30°. The collected data is process with analysis paired sample test. The result is different between the position of staight one hour and the position 30° in 5 menit, 15 menit, and 30 menit, (p-0,00). To need the next research on the position 30° with time varition, than try the hook position not more than 30°.
Kecepatan Enap darah (KED merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan yang selalu dilakukan untuk membantu menegakan diagnosis. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah membandingkan nilai KED pada posisi tegak dengan posisi kemiringan 30°, dengan harapan posisi kemiringan dapat memberikan waktu yang lebih singkat atau kurang dari 1 jam untuk mendapatkan nilai yang sama pada posisi tegak. Jumlah sampel darah vena 62, diambil dari 62 responden, dari pasien RSUD Wirosaban dan Laboratorium Patologi Klinik FK UII. Metode pengumpulan mencatat nilai pengamatan KED pada posisi tegak waktu 1 jam, posisi miring 30 derajat pada waktu 5’, 15’ dan 30’ kemudian diolah dengan analisis statistik uji selisih 2 rata-rata. Terdapat perbedaan antara nilai pengamatan posisi tegak 1 jam dengan posisi miring arah 5’, 15’ dan 30’ (p = 0,00). Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut pada posisi miring 30’ dengan waktu yang bervariasi, serta mencoba posisi kemiringan tegak hanya 30°.
