Infectious disease, in the ENT department is still common to find in the community. One of them is deep neck infection. The commonest of deep neck infection is infection in the submandibula or submandibula abscess. The com¬plication of this infection can cause death. It’s happen because of the spread¬ing of the abscess to the other place/area in the neck. We report one case of submandibular abscess caused by teeth infection with mediastinitis as it’s com¬plication.
