Abstract

The development of casting patterns for clamping connectors used in high-voltage electrical applications is the primary focus of this research. The study aims to design both the product and the clamping connector patterns, produce prototypes, and test the effectiveness of the casting process using sand casting techniques. The research methods include a thorough literature review, product and pattern design using CAD software, prototype fabrication with CNC machines, and evaluation of casting trial results. The results of this research demonstrate that the designed clamping connector patterns have been successfully implemented in the casting process. Casting trials indicate that the final products meet design specifications and function effectively.
