Peningkatan Daya Saing TK ABA Berbasis Penguatan Organisasi dan Teknologi Informasi Melalui Program Sister School

Berdasarkan pengamatan, TK ABA PCA Wilayah Banguntapan Utara masih memiliki beberapa permasalahan di antaranya masih lemahnya manajemen organisasi PCA Wilayah Banguntapan Utara dan pembelajaran pada TK ABA PCA Banguntapan Utara karena belum menggunaan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, kurangnya pemanfaatan media online sebagai sarana informasi termasuk institusi Aisyiyah tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, digunakan pendekatan kemitraan sekolah yang disebut Sister School. Sister school dilaksanakan untuk membantu Peningkatan Daya Saing TK ABA wilayah Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiah (PCA) Banguntapan Utara berbasis penguatan organisasi dan teknologi informasi. Sister school ini mengadopsi konsep pembangunan yang berpusat pada rakyat (People Centred Development). Konsep ini memandang inisiatif rakyat sebagai sumberdaya pembangunan yang paling utama dan memandang kesejahteraan material dan spiritual sebagai tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan Sister School yang berisi program-program unggulan sekolah yang bermitra dan pembuatan website yang bisa digunakan sebagai media pelayanan dan promosi.
