Implementasi Komunikasi, Informasi Dan Edukasi (Kie) Pada Perawat Di Rumah Sakit Pku Muhammadiyah Temanggung

Komunikasi merupakan komponen penting dalam pelayanan Rumah Sakit, dengan mendengarakan keluhan atau pertanyaan pasien dan menjelaskan prosedur tindakan adalah contoh-contoh komunikasi yang harus dilakukan selama melakukan pelayanan. Komunikasi juga merupakan proses yang dilakukan petugas dalam menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan pasien atau dengan tenaga kesehatan lain dalam rangka membantu mengatasi masalah pasien. Masalah yang ditemukan adalah kurang responnya pemberi pelayanan ketika pasien atau keluarganya mengemukakan keluhan yang berkaitan dengan pengobatan dan perawatannya. “Pelatihan dan Workshop Komunikasi, Informasi, Edukasi (KIE)”. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Agar petugas keseahatan khususnya perawat di RS. PKU Temanggung mampu memahami konsep Komunikasi, Informasi, Edukasi (KIE), melakukan atau mengkomunikasikan perkataan, perbuatan atau ekspresi yang memfasilitasi proses pelayanan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.
