Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to ensure they are free from plagiarism, with a maximum similarity threshold of 20%. Manuscripts are also evaluated for their alignment with the journal’s focus and scope, as well as for the absence of major methodological flaws.
Manuscripts passing the initial screening will be sent for peer review by at least two independent reviewers. The journal employs a double-blind review process, in which the reviewers are not aware of the authors’ identities and vice versa. The review will assess the manuscript’s originality, objectivity, methodology, scientific contribution, validity of conclusions, and adequacy of references. Reviewer comments will be forwarded to the corresponding author for revision and response. The reviewers’ recommendations will be discussed in an editorial board meeting, after which the editor will communicate the final decision to the corresponding author.
