PERENCANAAN KAWASAN INDUSTRI TERPADU DI KABUPATEN BREBES SEBAGAI IMPLIKASI PELAKSANAAN OTONOMI DAERAH

Abstract


This paper empirically examines the impact of developing integrated industry area of Brebes regency, recommends the policy of infrastructure investment relationship model, and develops institutional requirements. By using net present value, payback period, return on investment, internal rate of return analysis, and privat-government relationship analysis, the results show that development integrated industry area of Brebes can go financially. The partnership of third party can be done because of limited resources of local government. The best alternative of partnership is B – O - T (Build, Operate and Transfer), which characterized by private investment, infrastructure development, low cost, high quality, profitable, and high efficiency
