Pengaruh Lama Hipoksia terhadap Angka Eritrosit dan Kadar Hemoglobin Rattus norvegicus

Oksigen berperan penting dalam proses metabolisme tubuh. Kekurangan oksigen menyebabkan metabolisme berlangsung tidak sempurna. Hipoksia merangsang sistem hematologi dan sirkulasi untuk meningkatkan fungsi oksigenasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh lama hipoksia terhadap angka eritrosit dan kadar hemoglobin Rattus norvegicus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental, pre and post control group design. Perlakuan hipoksia menggunakan modifikasi hypoxia chamber dengan pemberian kadar oksigen sebesar 10% dari total volume kandang. Pengukuran eritrosit menggunakan manual haemositometer dan hemoglobin menggunakan spektrofotometer. Analisis data menggunakan uji T test dan oneway anova, Kruskall Wallis dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil rerata ± SD hemoglobin (gr/dl) dari seluruh kelompok kontrol, 12, 24 dan 36 jam hipoksia sebelum dan sesudah secara berturut-turut yakni 10,89 ± 0,755 dan 8,74 ± 0,762. Hasil rerata ± SD eritrosit (juta/¼l) seluruh kelompok kontrol, 12, 24 dan 36 jam sebelum dan sesudah yakni 5,63 ± 0,74 dan 4,19 ± 0,523. Hasil Uji T-test hemoglobin dari kelompok kontrol, 12, 24 dan 36 jam hipoksia secara berturut-turut dengan nilai p = 0,227, p = 0,492, p = 0,000, p = 0,000 dan hasil uji T-test eritrosit dari kelompok kontrol, 12, 24, 36 jam hipoksia secara berturut-turut dengan nilai p = 0,004, p = 0,243, p = 0,001, p = 0,003. Hasil oneway anova kadar hb (p = 0,000) dan hasil Kruskall Wallis angka eritrosit (p = 0,018). Disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan angka eritrosit dan kadar hemoglobin pada perlakuan 12 jam dan penurunan pada perlakuan 24 dan 36 jam hipoksia pada Rattus norvegicus.
Oxygen have an important role in body metabolism. Lack of oxygen caused uncomplete metabolism. Hypoxia can stimulate the circulatory system and hematology to improve oxygenation function. This research purpose to knows effect of hypoxia duration to the erythrocyte and hemoglobin on Rattus norvegicus. This is experimental research, pre and post control group design. Hypoxia condition made from modification of hypoxia chamber with 10% oxygen level from total volume of chamber. Measuring of erythrocyte used manual hemocytometer and the hemoglobin use spektrofotometer. Data analysis used T test and oneway anova, Kruskall Wallis with CI 95 %. The result from all of group control, 12, 24 and 36 hour pre and post hemoglobin median ± SD (gr/dl) were 10,89 ± 0,755 and 8,74 ± 0 ,762 and median ± SD of erythrocyte (106/ ¼l) were 5,63 ± 0,74 and 4,19 ± 0,523. The result T test showed the correlation of pre and post hemoglobin from control, 12, 24, and 36 hour duration hypoxia were p = 0,227, p = 0,492, p = 0,000, p = 0,000 and the erythrocyte from control, 12, 24, and 36 hour duration hypoxia were p = 0,004 , p = 0,243, p = 0,001, p = 0,003. Result from Oneway anova from haemoglobin (p = 0,000) and result of Kruskall Wallis from erythrocyte (p = 0,018). It can concluded that there is increasing erythrocyte and hemoglobin on 12 hour and decreasing on 24 and 36 hour hypoxia on Rattus norvegicus.
