Evaluasi Pengembangan Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP) Di RSUD Djojonegoro, Temanggung

Professional Nursing Practice Model is a system of structure, process, and values that enable nurses manage nursing care to patients including the environment which support the nursing care. In order to improve the quality of nursing services, the Management Board of Djojonegoro District Hospital in Temanggung District in cooperation with Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, developed Professional Nursing Practice Model (PNPM) based on Decree Letter of Head of Management Board of Djojonegoro District Hospital No. 800/019/2006 on establishment of the committee for development of PNPM. The purpose of this research was to describe the implementation of PNPM in Dahlia Ward of Djojonegoro District Hospital. It was a cross sectional study using descriptive analysis. Research subjects were recruited using a total sampling technique i.e. all nurses in Dahlia Ward of Djojonegoro District Hospital. Data collection was done using a questionnaire consisting of twelve components of PNPM. The results showed that almost all components had scores above 80%, except for post conference component i.e. 70.8 %. In conclusion, the Professional Nursing Practice Model was well implemented in Dahlia Ward of Djojonegoro District Hospital.
Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional merupakan suatu sistem struktur, proses dan nilai-nilai yang memungkinkan perawat profesional mengatur pemberian asuhan keperawatan termasuk lingkungan untuk menopang pemberian asuhan tersebut. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan, Badan Pengelola Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (BP RSUD) Djojonegoro Kabupaten Temanggung bekerja sama dengan Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (PSIK FK UMY) mengembangkan Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP) berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Kepala BP RSUD Djojonegoro Kabupaten Temanggung Nomor 800/019/2006 tentang pembentukan panitia pengembangan MPKP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan MPKP di Ruang Dahlia RSUD Djojonegooro Temanggung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian cross sectional dengan analisis deskriptif. Subyek penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan total sampling, yaitu seluruh perawat di Ruang Dahlia RSUD Djojonegoro. Data didapatkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri atas dua belas komponen MPKP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan hampir seluruh komponen MPKP di Ruang Dahlia mencapai nilai di atas 80 %, kecuali pada komponen pelaksanaan post conference yaitu 70,8 %. Kesimpulannya pelaksanaan seluruh komponen MPKP di Ruang Dahlia RSUD Djojonegoro Temanggung telah berjalan dengan baik.
