Pengaruh Madu terhadap Ketahanan Jasmani

Abstract


Everybody expects a healthy and a strong body. To achieve it, there must be some effort to be done, such as having a healthy diet and do agood physi¬cal activity. Honey, is one kind of food which is recommended by ALLAH as agood food and medicine. Honey consists high nutrition such as carbohydrat, lipid, protein, vitamin and mineral which are needed to maintance the health and the physical endurance. The aims of this study is to find a prove and give more information about the benefit of the honey. This study is experimantal research with a cross sec¬tional design. There are 10 soccer players in Gamping Ambarketawang area are involved in this study. Their physical endurance were checked before and after consuming honey for 7 days. The resulat showed that the participants have a good physical endurance, and the average of oxygen maximum Volume before consuming honey is 6,18 ± 1,04 ml/body weight/minute and afer consuming honey is 5,92 ± 0,98 ml/ body weight/minute. The conclusion is the physical endurance of the participants were increased, even statistically have no significant difference.

Memiliki badan yang sehat dan kuat adalah harapan setiap orang. Untuk mendapatkannya sewajarnya harus ada usaha, antara lain dengan makan makanan yang seimbang dan melakukan aktifitas fisik dengan baik. Madu salah satu jenis makanan yang mendapat rekomendasi dari ALLAH sebagai makanan yang baik dan sekaligus sebagai obat. Madu dikenal banyak mengandung zat gizi tinggi antara lain karbohidrat, lipid, protein, vitamin dan mineral, yang sangat diperlukan untuk kesehatan dan stamina badan. Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh madu terhadap ketahanan jasmani dilakukan untuk membuktikan dan menginformasikan manfaat madu yang lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental secara cross sectional, yang melibatkan 10 subyek dari pria pemain sepak bola daerah gamping Ambarketawang. Subyek diperiksa ketahan jasmaninya sebelum dan sesudah pemberian madu selamaama 7 hari berturut- turut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik subyek bagus, dan rerata ambilan oksigen maksimum subyek sebelum perlakuan madu sebesar (6,18 ±1,04)ml/ BB/menit dan rerata ambilan oksigen maksimum sesudah perlakuan sebesar (5,92 ± 0,98) ml/BB/menit.Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesegaran jasmani subyek mengalami peningkatan meskipun secara statistik tidak
