Efektifitas Pendidikan Kesehatan terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Keluarga tentang Hipertensi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pendidikan kesehatan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan keluarga tentang hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ngaliyan. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksprimen one group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 keluarga yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data penelitian berupa tingkat pengetahuan keluarga tentang hipertensi. Analisis data mengunakan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji T dependent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan penyuluhan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan keluarga tentang penyakit hipertensi (p value = 0,000). Diharapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat yang ada di wilayah kerja puskesmas Ngaliyan diharapkan melakukan kunjungan rumah guna melakukan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya keluarga tentang penyakit hipertensi. Disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga tentang hipertensi.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of health education to increase knowledge about family hypertension in Puskesmas Ngaliyan. The research design is a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The samples used as many as 40 families were taken using purposive sampling techniques and have met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data is the level of family knowledge about hypertension. Data analysis using bivariate analysis using T test dependent Data results showed that after counseling was an increase in family knowledge about hypertension (p value = 0.000). It is expected for health workers, especially nurses in the working area Ngaliyan health center is expected to make home visits to conduct outreach to increase public knowledge about the family, especially hypertension. It can be concluded that health education effectively improve family knowledge about hypertension.References
