Komplikasi Anestesia Regional pada Pasien Sectio Caesaria di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta

Sejak tahun 1960-an sudah banyak berkembang ilmu pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan dari anestesia spinal dan anestesia epidural pada pasien obstetrik. Angka kematian anestesia regional sekarang tujuh belas kali lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan anestesia umum untuk seksio sesaria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti komplikasi yang terjadi dengan pemberian anestesia regional pada pasien seksio sesaria di PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Penelitian ini merupakan studi crosssectional untuk mencari komplikasi yang berhubungan dengan anestesia regional pada pasien seksio sesaria. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data dari rekam medis. Data yang diambil adalah pasien seksio sesaria dengan anestesia regional dan komplikasi yang terjadi. Tempat penelitian di PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta dari tanggal 1 November 2007 – 1 November 2009. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan tabel dan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara anestesia regional dengan komplikasi yang terjadi ( p<0,05) dan komplikasi anestesia regional tersebut sebesar 32,18% berupa hipotensi 29,31% dan 2,87% masuk ICUReferences
