Author Guidelines
A. General Requirement
The manuscript is written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
- The submitted manuscript must consist of 5 to 15 pages.
- The use of Mendeley or EndNote for reference management and formatting is highly recommended, while the IEEE citation format should be selected.
- Ensure that the manuscript must abide by Medika Teknika: Jurnal Teknik Elektromedik Indonesia Template, conformed to the Author Guidlines, and attach Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) form.
- Author with Orcid ID should include it on their open journal account profile when submitting articles to Medika Teknika : Jurnal Teknik Elektromedik Indonesia.
B. Manuscript Structure
1. Title
The title is written in Times New Roman font in a maximum of 12 words (16 pt).
2. Author Information
The full names (complete with middle names) of the authors in Times New Roman (11 pt);
The authors’ institutional affiliations where the work was conducted in Times New Roman (8pt);
Corresponding author’s complete contact information to include affiliation's address, phone number, and email address in Times New Roman (8 pt);
3. Abstract
The abstract is written in Times New Roman (10 pt) in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both languages). The abstract contains a description of the research objectives, methods, the results and conclusion. The abstract must be written concisely and in one paragraph (maximum 150-300 words) that summarizes the importance of a case to be studied, research methods (e.g., research objects and analytical techniques), and research results. The abstract is signified by keywords that contain basic ideas or concepts that represent the research.

4. Introduction
Introduction must consist of research background, research problems, novelty, previous studies, and also research contributions. In this section, author may include literature review in Times New Roman (11 pt).
5. Research Methods
This section at least should contain the research design, research subject/object, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques in Times New Roman (11 pt). The research method can be described with the flowchart/block diagram.
6. Results and Discussion
This section contains data on the subject/object/responden characteristics of the study, the results of data analysis, answers to research questions, findings and interpretation of findings.
This section is written in Times New Roman (11 pt) and describes the results of the research, including tables, pictures and discussions, as well as graphics with the following format:

7. Conclusions
This part presents the summary of research findings, implications, limitations and research suggestions subsequently in Times New Roman (11 pt).
8. Acknowledgment
The author can deliver appreciation to those who contribute to the manuscript or research.
9. Bibliography
This section contains references from various sources and journals. The bibliography should be formatted with Mendeley citation software using IEEE citation format. This section is written in Times New Roman (11 pt). The citation must be at least five years.

Other Rules :
1. Page numbers, headers and footers
Do not add page numbers, headers, and footers. This section will be covered by the editor.
2. Figures and Tables
Figures and tables are centered. The title of the image is placed on the middle bottom of the picture, while the title of the table is placed on the middle top of the table, and both are written in Times New Roman 10 pt. The words in table are written in Times New Roman 10 pt, single spaced. The captions on the pictures should be large and clear.
Images must have a good resolution for good quality printing. If needed, the author can include the image in a separate file to ease adjustments/edits.
Figures and tables should be referred to in the paper and placed as close as possible to the description that was referred to. Figures and tables are numbered from number 1 onwards.
Tables and figures should be original, not merely a reproduction from unclear sources. If the author uses tables and figures from other sources, it is recommended that the author has obtained a copyright agreement/citation to be included in the paper. The author must ensure not to infringe the copyright of other authors from the published journal or book.
3. Sub Heading
Sub heading must be written subsequently based on the heading section in Times New Roman (11 pt). For example, 1.1, 1.2. etc.
