Optimalisasi Rantai Pasok Pengembangan Eco-Design: Studi Eksperimental Pengaruh Informasi Biaya dan Transportasi

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pengembangan produk berbasis eco-design semakin penting dalam strategi bisnis yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Faktor biaya serta efisiensi rantai pasok, khususnya dalam transportasi dan logistik, menjadi aspek krusial yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan desain produk ramah lingkungan. Namun, masih terdapat perdebatan mengenai sejauh mana informasi biaya dan efisiensi logistik berperan dalam keputusan eco-design.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh informasi biaya serta transportasi dan logistik terhadap pengembangan produk baru berbasis eco-design.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2 between-subject. Mahasiswa dijadikan partisipan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana variasi tipe informasi biaya dan efisiensi transportasi memengaruhi keputusan dalam desain produk ramah lingkungan.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa informasi biaya tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan produk eco-design. Sebaliknya, transportasi dan logistik berpengaruh signifikan, mengindikasikan bahwa efisiensi rantai pasok lebih menentukan keberlanjutan produk dibandingkan informasi biaya.
Keaslian/Kebaruan Penelitian: Penelitian ini memberikan perspektif baru dengan menekankan bahwa dalam pengembangan produk berbasis eco-design, optimalisasi logistik dan distribusi lebih berperan dibandingkan sekadar mempertimbangkan informasi biaya. Hasil ini memberikan implikasi bagi perusahaan dalam menyusun strategi eco-design yang lebih berfokus pada efisiensi rantai pasok guna meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan produk.
