Efektivitas Komitmen Pengelolaan Risiko Lingkungan dan Sosial dalam Organisasi Penyedia Jasa Konstruksi

Abstract


Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mengalami perlambatan dan ancaman kerusakan lingkungan akibat aktivitas pembangunan menuntut pelaku jasa konstruksi melakukan transformasi bisnis yang ramah lingkungan dan sosial. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji efektivitas komitmen penyedia jasa dalam mengelola risiko lingkungan dan sosial terhadap kinerja proyek melalui pencapaian kinerja sosial dengan PLS-SEM. Faktor-faktor manajemen dalam organisasi penyedia jasa digunakan dalam pengujian ini, yaitu kinerja organisasi/manajemen dan kinerja estimasi melalui nilai penawaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan dari ketiga variabel pada masing-masing komponen. Namun ketiganya bekerja secara independen dan tidak saling mempengaruhi sehingga mengurangi ketergantungan masing-masing terhadap komitmen pengelolaan risiko. Perlu penguatan aturan hukum tentang status dan kewajiban tanggungjawab sosial dan lingkungan proyek. Lebih lanjut, kinerja sosial yang dicapai terbukti berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja waktu dan biaya proyek. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu penelitian selanjutnya untuk menghasilkan kerangka perlindungan lingkungan dan sosial proyek yang tepat dan berkeadilan dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional yang berkelanjutan.
