Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of Komunikator must be

  1. Written in Indonesia or English.
  2. The length of submitted paper is at least 6 pages and no more than 20 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 12 pages.
  3. Recommended to use of a tool such as Mendeley or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose APA style
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the KOMUNIKATOR Manuscript Template

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. Title. The title of paper is max 14 words, without Acronym or abbreviation
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has maksimum 150-200 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes and results, and the conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 15 references primarily with minimum 60% to journal papers.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscript has not been published and published in any scientific media
  2. Manuscript submitted in the form of doc files
  3. The author is required to follow the writing method that has been determined by Jurnal Komunikator UMY
  4. Authors are required to reference at least one article previously published in the journal Komunikator
  5. Manuscript also sent to email zeinmufarrih@gmail.co.id, kom_umy@yahoo.com and jurnal.komunikator@gmail.com
 

Copyright Notice

The Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright of the article shall be assigned to Komunikator as publisher of the journal. Copyright encompasses rights to reproduce and deliver the article in all form and media, including reprints, photographs, microfilms, and any other similar reproductions, as well as translations.

Authors should sign Copyright Transfer Agreement when they have approved the final proofs sent by Komunikator prior the publication. Komunikator strive to ensure that no errors occur in the articles that have been published, both data errors and statements in the article.

Komunikator keep the rights to articles that have been published. Authors are permitted to disseminate published article by sharing the link of Komunikator website. Authors are allowed to use their works for any purposes deemed necessary without written permission from Komunikator with an acknowledgement of initial publication in this journal.

All articles published in Komunikator are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA) license.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

 

Author Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.

Article Publication: 400000.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs and translation language of the manuscript. But if the manuscript has wrote in english, author will not pay fee for publication.
