R-W Policy
Policy Statement
Jurnal Penegakan Hukum dan Keadilan (JPHK) acknowledges that the authors have properly prepared the manuscript, and the editors have carried out the peer-review process. However, for research purposes, there is a possibility that published articles will be deleted or withdrawn even if only done in an unnatural situation. This policy refers to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
Retraction
Editors will consider retracting a publication if:
- They have clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, either as a result of a major error (e.g., miscalculation or experimental error) or as a result of fabrication (e.g., of data) or falsification (e.g., image manipulation)
- It constitutes plagiarism
- The findings have previously been published elsewhere without proper attribution to previous sources or disclosure to the editor, permission to republish, or justification (i.e., cases of redundant publication)
- It contains material or data without authorization for use
- Copyright has been infringed, or there is some other serious legal issue (e.g., libel, privacy)
- It reports unethical research
- It has been published solely based on a compromised or manipulated peer review process
- The author(s) failed to disclose a major competing interest (aka, conflict of interest) that would have unduly affected interpretations of the work or recommendations by editors and peer reviewers in the editor’s view.
Withdrawal
The authors are requested not to withdraw the manuscript that is being processed at JPHK. The withdrawal process is a waste of valuable resources for the editor to process the submitted manuscripts.
