Peluang Pembelajaran Maharah Al-Kitabah Berbantu Media Whatsapp bagi Mahasiswa di Masa Daring

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa peluang dan tantangan pembelajaran Maharah al-Kitabah berbantu media Whatsapp berdasarkan presepsi mahasiswa Psikologi di PKPBA (Program Khusus Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab) UIN Maliki Malang Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari pengamatan, angket dan wawancara pada 37 informan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisa dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Peluang terdapat pada: penjelasan materi dapat diterima mahasiswa (95%), berlatih pada Maharah al-Kitabah berbantu Whatsapp dapat diberikan pada semua ragam al-kitabah (33%), respon terhadap materi langsung dibuka dan dipelajari oleh mahasiswa (73%), dan pembelajaran Maharah al-Kitabah dengan menggunakan media Whatsapp dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran jarak jauh (70%). (2) Tantangan meliputi: kendala yang terkadang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam membuka file atau video (49%), mahasiswa merasa kurang yakin dengan tulisannya pada materi menulis cerita yang dikirim di Whatsapp (30%) dan mahasiswa kurang bersemangat untuk menunggu materi Maharah al-Kitabah yang disampaikan melalui Whatsapp (51%).
