Penilaian Sejawat dalam Pembelajaran Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar bagi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Arab pada Mata Kuliah Pembelajaran Mikro

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan penilaian sejawat dalam pembelajaran keterampilan dasar mengajar bagi mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Arab IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo pada Mata Kuliah Pembelajaran Mikro. Sebab, penilaian sejawat merupakan teknik penilaian berbasis peserta didik modern dan merupakan hal yang baru diterapkan pada mata kuliah tersebut. Penelitian yang dilakukan berjenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik mengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi partisipan di mana peneliti ikut serta di dalamnya. Data dianalisis melalui proses analisis data kualitatif Milles dan Huberman yang meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah: a) perkuliahan Pembelajaran Mikro di jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab dilaksanakan dalam dua bentuk; seminar kelas untuk mempelajari konsep dan teori keterampilan mengajar dan praktikum mengajar untuk menerapkannya. Keterampilan yang dipelajari ada 6, yaitu: keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, keterampilan menjelaskan, keterampilan mengadakan variasi, keterampilan memberi pertanyaan, keterampilan memberi penguatan, dan keterampilan mengelola kelas, b) penilaian sejawat dilakukan dengan instrumen lembaran penilaian sejawat yang diisi saat praktikum mengajar dilaksanakan. Hasilnya kemudian disampaikan kepada seluruh mahasiswa dan ditanggapi oleh dosen pengampu di setiap akhir praktik sebagai refleksi, c) keterampilan yang telah dipraktikkan dengan baik oleh mahasiswa adalah membuka dan menutup pelajaran, menjelaskan, memberi pertanyaan, dan mengelola kelas. Sedangkan keterampilan mengadakan variasi dan memberi penguatan belum dipraktikkan dengan baik. Penilaian sejawat perlu diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran peserta didik di semua tingkatan pendidikan.References
