Abstract

Kitab merupakan faktor non linguistik dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab, yang berperan mendukung peningkatan keterampilan berbahasa yaitu istima’, kalam, qira’ah dan kitabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas kitab Al-Arabiyyah Lin Nāsyi’īn jilid 2 dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk meningkatkan maharatul qira’ah dan kalam di kelas 1 Marhalah 2 Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Ummah Putri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang dilaksanakan di Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Ummah Putri dengan pendekatan pre-experimental dan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari tes, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab menggunakan kitab Al-Arabiyyah Lin Nāsyi’īn jilid 2 untuk meningkatkan maharatul qira’ah dan kalam di kelas 1 Marhalah 2 berjalan efektif. Efektivitas kitab Al-Arabiyyah Lin Nāsyi’īn jilid 2 untuk meningkatkan maharatul qira’ah di kelas 1 Marhalah 2 A termasuk dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan di kelas 1 Marhalah 2 B termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Efektivitas kitab Al-Arabiyyah Lin Nāsyi’īn jilid 2 untuk meningkatkan maharatul kalam di kelas 1 Marhalah 2 A termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan kelas 1 Marhalah 2 B termasuk dalam kategori cukup.
