Abstract

Pendahuluan. Tulang mempunyai kemampuan untuk memperbaiki dirinya sendiri. Kasus defek tulang yang kecil dapat diperbaiki sendiri, tetapi pada critical defect membutuhkan campur tangan pembedahan untuk merekontruksi jaringa tulang. Sejak akhir dekade lalu, rekayasa jaringan telah digunakan dan dikembangkan dalam kedokteran regeneratif, termasuk di dalamnya adalah regenerasi tulang.

Tujuan. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan tinjauan secara komprehensif dari perancah hidrogel tentang kelebihannya, osteokonduktivitas, sifat fisik, degradasi, dan juga kemampuan mengontrol pelepasan substrat akan didiskusikan dalam artikel
ini.

Diskusi. Perancah, sel, dan faktor pertumbuhan adalah tiga komponen dalam rekayasa jaringan untuk menentukan keberhasilan dari suatu rekontruksi jaringan. Perancah hidrogel perancah yang biodegradable dan biomaterial 3 dimensi dengan kemampuan menyerap air yang banyak tetapi dapat mempertahankan stabilitas dimensinya.

Kesimpulan. Perancah hidrogel memiliki peran yang sangat luas dalam aplikasi rekayasa jaringan tulang.
