Peran Pengalaman sebagai Pereduksi Bias Heuristik dan Herding Effect dalam Keputusan Investasi

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Pengambilan keputusan investasi tidak selalu didasari oleh analisis fundamental, bahkan umumnya investor dapat bertindak irrasional dalam mengambil keputusan. Hal ini yang mengakibatkan timbulnya anomali di pasar investasi.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor heuristic bias keterwakilan dan herding effect terhadap keputusan investasi, serta peran pengalaman sebagai pereduksi.
Metode Penelitian: Objek penelitian ini adalah persepsi perilaku investor emas (logam mulia) terhadap keputusannya membeli emas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan Uji Sampel Berpasangan.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bias heuristik keterwakilan terbukti mempengaruhi keputusan investor dalam membeli emas, sedangkan herding effect tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli emas.
Keaslian/Kebaruan Penelitian: Temuan menarik dalam penelitian ini adalah pengalaman investor terbukti berperan dalam mengurangi bias keputusan yang terjadi akibat heuristic bias dan herding effect.
