Trend of Diversity Management and Organizational Performance Among Generation Y and Z Employees

This study examines the influence of diversity management on organizational performance by mediating organizational climate on Generation Y and Z employees in Batam City. A total of 280 respondents were selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that diversity management improves organizational performance, both directly and through the organizational climate. These findings affirm the importance of managing generational diversity and creating a positive work climate to encourage performance. This study contributes to the literature on strategic management of HR and multigenerational organizational practices.
